The quilt is inspired by the cellular structure of a soybean leaf as viewed through a stereomicroscope—a world often hidden from the naked eye. Each stitch, fabric piece, and color choice is a reflection of the delicate balance and intricate design that exists in even the smallest aspects of life. The quilt captures the rhythmic patterns and organic forms of the cells, emphasizing their interconnectedness and the vibrant energy within.
